Our practice had to rely on donations of Icon love hug photographer shirt. We’re in line with every Tom, Dick and Harry waiting for disposable masks to give patients entering the practice. Some of us and friends have been sewing masks to loan patients masks that are then washed and sanitized. Unfortunately most don’t return them. Once we’re out of masks we will stop seeing patients. Then we can take some well deserved self-isolation days. And our supply coordinator has a contract for PPE. We are a medical officer though so our usual order size wasn’t sufficient at the start and then our supplier had to get online with everyone else.
So your comment on the BRITISH Broadcasting Corporation regarding Icon love hug photographer shirt practices having to purchase their own PPE was misleading and could have potentially caused alarm and distress across the U.K. FYI GPs practices in the U.K. are standalone businesses who receive funds from the NHS but they are the ones responsible for procuring and providing PPE to their staff. It is the Practice Manager who has made the mistake to not stockpile sufficient amounts of relevant PPE for the surgery but the blame is being thrown onto the government incorrectly.
