Literally videos all over the net showing police using excessive force. I believe that the excessive force is what is causing a violent response. The looting is secondary as a humanitarian issue. So officers should not be trained to deal with gangs that carry assault weapons and are sometimes better trained then them they should just stay with the idea idea that people will do as asked when addressed.
